Returns

We hope your order exceeds your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged please reach out to us via email so we can quickly resolve your issue. You can find our details via our Contact Page

Please be advised we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders to Royal Mail within 2 working days. To accompany the quality of our items, we use 1st Class postage for all UK orders and International Economy for all orders heading outside the UK.

This means for all orders within the UK, it should take no longer than 5 working days for you to receive your order.

  • Inside UK: 2-5 working days. 
  • Europe: 5-7 working days
  • Rest Of World: 7-10 working days

Delayed Order

There are occasions when postal services experience delays getting your order to you. In the unlikely occurrence of you not receiving your order within the stated shipping period, please Contact Us

This will allow us to resolve the issue in a way that best suits your requirements.
